All our food has been sourced within a fifty mile radius of The Cholmondeley Estate. At a time when it is quite commonplace for the food on supermarket shelves to have travelled thousands of miles by air and sea, at a price increasingly paid by the environment, we believe that it is time to open our eyes to the wonderful food available on our own doorstep.
